Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

Waitlist Products

No payment is collected for waitlist registrations. Waitlist spots are free and do not obligate you to purchase.
